DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND IMAGING OF THE FOOT AND LOWER LEG
About this service
Diagnostic ultrasound imaging of the lower limb is where ultrasound (sonography) imaging is used to view and assess soft tissue injuries including muscle injuries, tendinopathies and ligament strains and tears. Ultrasound imaging can aid diagnosis of musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries or on-going problems.
You may want to include this appointment within a biomechanics MSK appointment to gain the maximum benefit of diagnosis from imaging in combination with personalised MSK rehabilitation plan.
Please note that this treatment can only be booked after the first initial consultation appointment.
